How your move is arranged
Top Choice Relocation coordinates moving services through authorized moving companies, our moving partners. Our team helps with the arrangements, and the moving company you choose performs your move.
- Estimates and booking. We can help coordinate your estimate and booking. Where we provide an estimate on a moving company’s behalf, it is prepared under our agreement with that company and based on its tariff.
- The move itself. The moving company transports your goods and is responsible for them in transit.
- What you pay. The moving company’s own rates and tariff determine the charge, and it collects the payment.
- No payment to us. We do not take a deposit or any payment from you, at any point.
- Claims. Loss or damage in transit is handled by the moving company that carried your goods, under the protections that apply to your shipment.
