Getting hold of us, and changing your request.

Change or cancel a request

When you send a request we give you a private link. It is the only way into that request. There is deliberately no way to reach one by typing in a phone number or an email address, because anyone who guessed one could otherwise read or delete somebody else’s.

From that link you can:

• change your dates or notes;
• choose a time that suits you for the call, or ask us to look for a moving company right now;
• change or cancel your request.

Lost the link? We cannot send you a new one by looking you up, which is the same protection working as intended. Get in touch and a coordinator will help.

Asking a moving company to stop

Telling us to stop stops our introductions. If a moving company is contacting you and you want them to stop, tell them directly. They run their own systems and we do not control them. Tell us as well and we will record it.

If something went wrong

If you have a complaint, about us or about a moving company we introduced, tell us and a coordinator records it against your move, with what you said and how serious it is. From there it is owned by a person until it is resolved or you withdraw it.

There is no complaint form on this site. Complaints are entered by our team from what you tell us, so that what goes on the record is what you actually said rather than whatever fitted in a text box.
