SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Top Choice Relocation's text-message program for carrier representatives. Top Choice Relocation's role is to introduce people planning a move to independent moving companies. Top Choice Relocation does not transport belongings itself.

Nobody receives a message under this program until they have given us their mobile number for this purpose and confirmed that they want messages at it.

Who sends these messages

Top Choice Relocation. Messages go only to a representative who has given their mobile number for this purpose and agreed to receive text messages at it.

What we send

Three kinds of message, and nothing else:

  • Account and access messages — confirming a number, sending a sign-in or access link, and similar messages needed to use your account.
  • Moving opportunities — a move we are looking to place that matches the lanes and services your company has told us it covers.
  • Operational notifications — messages about a move your company is already involved in, or about your company's standing with us.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.

How often

Message frequency varies. These are recurring messages, and how many you receive depends on your own account activity and on how many moves match your company's coverage. There is no fixed number per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your own plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You can also email us at the address below and ask us to stop, or ask us to remove your mobile number entirely.

Stopping text messages does not close your account and does not end your company's relationship with us. It means we contact you another way.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or reach a person directly:

Agreeing, and changing your mind

You opt in verbally, during an onboarding call. We describe this program, confirm your own mobile number, ask your permission, and begin sending only after you say yes. Reading this page does not enrol you, and neither does sending us a carrier partner interest form. We keep a record of that consent - the number, the date, the staff member who took it, and the version of the wording read to you - and it is what we rely on before anything is sent.

Agreement is personal to the representative who gave it. We do not buy mobile numbers, we do not accept them from lead generators, and one person agreeing does not enrol a colleague.

You can withdraw at any time, by the routes under How to stop above.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives.

Privacy

What we do with your mobile number, and who handles it, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
